monday.com is used to track the progress on transactions and listings. Automations are set up to remind agents of important dates and deadlines as well as work being done behind the scenes. Agents have viewer access and will receive an invite to join the boards.

FUB is the team CRM that is used to track and nurture leads with automations and follow-ups. You will receive a FUB number (local number) that will be forwarded to your personal phone number. FUB tracks your calls and activity with leads/contacts. Your FUB number will be used on all HWC marketing materials.
