Office Access
You will access HWC headquarters through the ButterflyMX app. You will receive an invite to download the app through your HWC email.
You can unlock the doors by navigating to the app, or you can use your generated code. To find your code, go to the account tab in the lower right corner and then tap “My PIN”.
If you have visitors you can unlock the door for the virtually from your app, or you can direct them to call “Houseworks Collective” on the call box outside the main door.
COMMON AREAS & KITCHEN
Respect the Space: Clean up after yourself – this includes putting your dishes in the dishwasher, wiping down surfaces you use, and throwing away any trash.
Fridge Management: Label your food clearly and dispose of expired items promptly. Be mindful of others’ lunches and avoid taking things that aren’t yours.
WORKSPACES & CALLS
Mind the Noise: Loud calls can be disruptive. When taking a call that requires more privacy or involves a raised voice, use one of the designated phone booths.
Client-Ready Attire: From Monday to Friday, please dress professionally, as if you would dress for a closing. We expect clients to visit the office, so let’s make a positive first impression.

Conference Rooms
Conference rooms are for scheduled meetings – please don’t use them as a personal office. Our space is shared with other businesses who have access to the conference room.

Printer Access
You can connect to the printer wirelessly once you are connected to the WIFI. The printer name is Toshiba Copier.
There are different paper weights in each paper drawer. Drawer 1 is for everyday copy use/contracts. Drawer 3 has a heavier stock that should be used for marketing books and presentations.
