Access our shared drive

Shared drives are special folders in Google Drive that you can use to store, search, and access files with the team. Shared drive files belong to the team instead of an individual. Even if members leave, the files stay in the shared drive.

Access the Drive:

  1. Click the menu in the upper right corner next to your photo

  2. Select “Drive” in the dropdown menu

  3. Select “Shared Drive” in the menu on the left side

  4. Select Houseworks Collective

GChat

Google Chat makes it easy to collaborate the team in an organized way. Make sure you download the GChat app on your phone so you don’t miss any notifications.

Access GChat:

Click the menu in the upper right corner next to your photo

  1. Select “Chat” in the dropdown menu

  2. You will find the HWC group chat and you can chat anyone on the team here

  3. You can also access the chat on the left side of your email inbox
